Sushi Kochkurs - Zauber der japanischen Küchein der Kochschule Sonja Lenz in Stuttgart-Hedelfingen
Viele Jahre dauert es an Ausbildung und Erfahrung, bis man von sich sagen kann; ich bin ein Sushi-Meister.
Ganz solange benötigen Sie nicht, um die Grundfertigkeiten der Sushi-Zubereitung in unserem Sushi Kochkurs zu erlangen.
Wir haben für Sie:- Nigiri-Sushi- Maki, Temaki und California-Maki Sushi- Gunkan-Sushi mit Gemüse, Omelette, Fisch und Meeresfrüchten wie Lachs, Thunfisch, Rotbarsch, Aal, Makrele, Jakobsmuschel, Garnelen, Pulpound zum Auftakt eine Miso-Suppe und zum Schluss ein schönes Stück gebratenes Roastbeef.
Dazu haben wir Ihnen japanisches Bier, Weine oder alkoholfreie Getränke.
Ihre Meisterstücke genießen Sie zum Schluss und nehmen Sie mit nach Hause.
