We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Zu jeder öffentlichen Veranstaltung im NCC NordseeCongressCentrum wird ein kostenloser Shuttleservice angeboten. Der Bus fährt vom Bahnhof über die Innenstadt zum NCC. Bitte beachten Sie: Die Fahrpläne variieren in Teilen zu den einzelnen Veranstaltungen.
Sie erreichen Husum mit dem Auto über die B5, B200 und B201. Sie fahren auf der A7 bis Schleswig/Schuby, bzw. auf der A23 bis Heide - Husum ist gut ausgeschildert und nicht zu verfehlen. Zum NCC NordseeCongressCentrum kommt man über die Flensburger Chaussee (B200) Richtung Flensburg. Die Anfahrt ist ausgeschildert.
Direkt neben dem NCC NordseeCongressCentrum stehen rund 250 PKW-Parkplätze zur Verfügung, davon sind 7 als Behindertenstellplätze ausgewiesen. An der B5 stehen weitere 850 Stellplätze zur Verfügung, die über eine Fußgängerbrücke in nur drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zu 99 % aller öffentlichen Veranstaltungen ist der NCC Parkplatz kostenfrei.
Alle Bereiche des NCC NordseeCongressCentrums sind rollstuhlgerecht und barrierefrei zugänglich. Ein taktiles Leitsystem führt auch blinde und sehbehinderte Gäste sicher durch das Gebäude. Auch der Parkplatz neben dem NCC und der Zugang zum Haus sind ebenerdig. Rollstuhlfahrer erreichen das Foyer des NCC NordseeCongressCentrums über den Haupteingang, der Saal befindet sich auf gleicher Ebene und ist somit problemlos barrierefrei zugänglich.
Der kleine Saal verfügt über 3 Rollstuhlplätze, der große über 7, jeweils plus 1 Begleitperson. Im kleinen Saal handelt es sich um die Plätze 1&2 sowie 23&24 in Reihe 4 und 27&28 in Reihe 6. Im großen Saal kommen die Plätze 19&20 in Reihe 1, 1&2 in Reihe 6 und 1&2 sowie 29&30 in Reihe 8 hinzu. Behindertengerechte Toiletten stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung und sind während einer Veranstaltung geöffnet.
