Mit den regelmäßig von Stuttgart aus fahrenden S-Bahnen des VVS, der S3 über Bad Cannstatt, Fellbach, Waiblingen und der S4 über Ludwigsburg, Marbach, erreichen Sie den Backnanger Hauptbahnhof (Endstation). Am angrenzenden Busbahnhof nutzen Sie bitte den kostenlosen Shuttleverkehr zur WIRmachenDRUCK Arena ab Bussteig 2. Dieser verkehrt bei Musik-Großveranstaltungen im 30 Minuten-Takt. Bitte informieren Sie sich im Vorfeld beim Veranstalter, ob bei der gewählten Veranstaltung ein Shuttleverkehr angeboten wird.
Großaspach im Rems-Murr-Kreis liegt am Rande des schwäbisch-fränkischen Waldes. Aus Stuttgart (A81) kommend nehmen Sie die Autobahnausfahrt 13 Mundelsheim und aus Heilbronn (A81) kommend die Autobahnausfahrt 12 Ilsfeld. Nach etwa 12 Kilometern Richtung Backnang erreichen Sie Großaspach. Die WIRmachenDRUCK Arena ist ab dort großzügig ausgeschildert. Bitte beachten Sie die Hinweise und Beschilderung vor Ort.

Anfahrt mit dem Wohnmobil
Auch für Wohnmobile stehen bei Musik-Großveranstaltungen in der WIRmachenDRUCK Arena extra errichtete Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass aufgrund gestiegener Bewirtschaftungs- und Pflegekosten für die Wohnmobilstellflächen eine Nutzungsgebühr von 15 € pro Übernachtung zzgl. einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 2,50 € erhoben wird. Im Falle einer Stornierung erfolgt keine Rückerstattung der Gebühren.

Anfahrt mit Reisebussen
Im Rahmen der Musik-Großveranstaltungen in der WIRmachenDRUCK Arena stehen Bus- und Reiseunternehmen extra eingerichtete Busparkplätze zur Verfügung, die ausschließlich von diesen zu nutzen sind. Der genaue Stellplatz wird vor Ort zugewiesen. Adresse für das Navigationsgerät: Gewerbegebiet Forstboden Daimlerstraße 1 71546 Aspach Hinweis: Eine direkte Anfahrt zum Gelände ist nicht möglich, weswegen bitte sofort die ausgeschilderten Busparkplätze anzufahren sind. Von hier aus ist die WIRmachenDRUCK Arena fußläufig (ca.700-1000m) entlang des Waldrandes (nicht den Pfad durch den Wald benutzen) zu erreichen.
Über 3000 Stellplätze befinden sich rund um die WIRmachenDRUCK Arena, davon sind 700 Parkplätze fest angelegt und die weiteren als unbefestigte Ausweichflächen (Wiesen) ausgewiesen (Adresse zur Eingabe in Ihr Navigationsgerät: Jahnstraße, 71546 Aspach).
Auf den Parkplätzen P0-P5 ist das Abstellen von PKWs nur gegen Vorzeigen eines aktuellen Parkausweises der jeweiligen Veranstaltung erlaubt. Parkausweise in limitierter Zahl für die Parkflächen P0 – P4 können gegen eine Gebühr von 10,00 € zzgl. 2,50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr erworben werden.
Parkplatzbuchungen für das Open Air von Roland Kaiser sind auf der Webseite von Sonnenhof Aspach möglich (bis Kapazität erschöpft).

Alle weiteren Parkplätze sind kostenfrei nutzbar. Den Anweisungen und Zeichen der Parkplatzordner ist ohne Rückfragen Folge zu leisten! Das Parken auf allen Parkplätzen erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Aufgrund eines erhöhten Verkehrsaufkommens bitten wir um eine frühzeitige Anreise.
Bitte beachten Sie je nach Wetterlage in den Tagen vor den Events die detaillierten Informationen zur Anfahrt über die Social Media-Kanäle der WIRmachenDRUCK Arena.
Die Barrierefreiheit ist für Rollstuhlfahrer durch extra ausgewiesene Rollstuhlfahrerplätze gegeben. Der Einlass zu diesen Plätzen erfolgt über einen separaten Eingang (Tor 4). Kann ein Schwerbehinderten-Parkausweis (blauer EU-Ausweis) vorgezeigt werden, ist das Parken auf den Parkbereichen P0 - P4 problemlos möglich. Der Weg vom Parkplatz bis zum Eingang ist mit einem Anstieg verbunden!
Behindertengerechte Toiletten befinden sich in der Nähe der Rollstuhlfahrerplätze bei Block A. Das gesamte Veranstaltungsgelände ist barrierearm. Die Sitzplätze auf den Tribünen sind allerdings nur über Treppen zu erreichen.
Rollstuhlfahrertickets sind ausschließlich per Mail an ticket@afm-consulting.de erhältlich (bis Kontingent erschöpft). Ein Besuch unserer Veranstaltungen mit einer normalen Eintrittskarte ist für Rollstuhlfahrer strikt untersagt, da im Falle einer Panik, Feuer oder behördlichen Maßnahmen, die Entfluchtung für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht möglich ist. Der Zutritt mit Rollatoren erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr und eigene Haftung. Die anderen Besucher dürfen nicht gefährdet oder eingeschränkt werden.
Der Eintritt für eine Begleitperson von Besuchern im Rollstuhl oder mit Schwerbehindertenausweis ist frei. Voraussetzung ist, dass im Schwerbehindertenausweis ein "B" notiert ist. Die vorherige Bestellung dieser Tickets ist ausschließlich per Mail an ticket@afm-consulting.de möglich.
