We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Der Haupteingang befindet sich unmittelbar am S-Bahnhof Landsberger Allee. Von dort führt ein S-Bahntunnel direkt zum Velodrom. Der Eingang ist von weitem gut erkennbar mit einem großen gelben Leuchtschild mit der Aufschrift "Velodrom" ausgewiesen.

Das Velodrom, im Osten des Stadtteils Prenzlauer Berg gelegen, grenzt unmittelbar an den Bezirk Friedrichshain. Die Halle befindet sich direkt am S-Bahnhof Landsberger Allee. Das Velodrom ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
Das Velodrom verfügt über keine eigenen Parkplätze. Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen in der Nähe der Halle nur sehr beschränkt zur Verfügung, nutzen Sie daher bitte die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Beim Bau des Velodroms wurden insbesondere die Anforderungen rollstuhlgebundener Gäste berücksichtigt. So stehen im Velodrom ausreichend Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer und deren Begleiter zur Verfügung. Die Wege zu den Plätzen, zu den Gastronomieständen und zu den sanitären Einrichtungen sind optimal gewährleistet. Sollten Sie während einer Veranstaltung Fragen haben oder Hilfe benötigen, wenden Sie sich bitte an unser Ordnungs- und Servicepersonal der Firma B.E.S.T., das Ihnen sehr gerne weiterhelfen wird.
Wir bitten Sie, dies bei der Ticketbestellung unbedingt anzugeben, damit für Sie und gegebenenfalls für Ihren Begleiter entsprechende Plätze reserviert werden können.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, je nach Veranstaltungssituation Parkplätze für an Rollstuhl gebundene Besucher zu reservieren. Garantieren können wir diese Plätze allerdings nicht. Eine Mittteilung für welche Veranstaltung ein Platz reserviert werden muss ist erforderlich. Dies gilt ausdrücklich nur für Besucher mit gültigem Behindertenausweis und Rollstuhl.
