We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Da die Anzahl der Parkplätze begrenzt ist, empfehlen wir die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Direkt am Süd-Tor des Olympiastadions befindet sich ein gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Rund um das Olympiastadion gibt es öffentliche Parkplätze, die auch bei Veranstaltungen (teilweise gebührenpflichtig) genutzt werden können.
Rollstuhlfahrern und Begleitern steht auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände ein gesondertes Areal zur Verfügung, wo eine gute Sicht gewährleistet ist. Der Zugang erfolgt mit normalen Stehplatztickets, sowohl für Rollstuhlfahrer als auch Begleitpersonen. Wir bitten Sie die umliegenden Parkplätze zu nutzen, da leider keine gesonderten Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt werden können.
