If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Etwa fünf Minuten von der Autobahnausfahrt Schwabach- Süd und nur zwei Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt liegt der Markgrafensaal verkehrsgünstig und ist stets leicht zu erreichen.
Parkmöglichkeiten stehen den Besuchern direkt neben dem Gebäude oder in der Tiefgarage „Stadtmitte“ in ausreichender Anzahl zur Verfügung.
Eine Rollirampe als Saalzugang besteht seit 2013 am seitlichen Notausgang (zum Innenhof). Ansonsten ist alles im Saalbereich mit Foyer ebenerdig und barrierefrei. In der Nähe des Foyes befindet sich ebenso eine behindertengerechte Toilette. Eine eigene Tribüne für Rollstuhlfahrer existiert nicht.
