Unmittelbar am Grefrather EisSport & EventPark befindet sich die Bushaltestelle „Eissportzentrum“. Mit der Buslinie 062 gelangten Sie über St. Tönis, Vorst, Oedt und Mülhausen zum Grefrather EisSport & EventPark.
Eine weitere Verbindung gibt es von Rheydt über Mönchengladbach und Viersen bis nach Grefrath mit der Linie 019.
Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof in Kempen ist nur 8,2 km entfernt. Von hier aus gibt es eine direkte Zugverbindung Richtung Krefeld, Meerbusch-Osterath und Düsseldorf, sowie Aldekerk, Nieukerk, Geldern, Kevelaer, Weeze, Goch, Bedburg-Hau und Kleve.
Der Grefrather EisSport & EventPark liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Autobahnen A40 (Abfahrt 3 Wankum/Grefrath) und A61 (Abfahrt 5 Nettetal/Grefrath.
Insgesamt stehen unseren Besuchern 1.500 Parkplätze auf dem Gelände des Grefrather EisSport & EventParks zur Verfügung. Bei Veranstaltungen wird eine geringe Parkgebühr erhoben.
Zugänge und Eingänge: Der Grefrather EisSport & EventPark ist barrierefrei vom Parkplatz bis zum Sitzplatz zugänglich.
Parkmöglichkeiten:
Behindertengerechte Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Eingang und sind barrierefrei und problemlos zugänglich. Insgesamt stehen unseren Besuchern 1.800 Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Behindertengerechte Toiletten und Waschräume finden Sie in der Eventhalle des Grefrather EisSport & EventParks.
Sitzplätze:
Für unsere gehbehinderten Besucher stehen bei jeder Veranstaltung ebenerdige Sitzplätze im Innenraum zur Verfügung. Von hier aus genießen Sie bei jeder Veranstaltung eine ausgezeichnete Sicht auf die Bühne. Für Ihre Begleitperson stellen wir einen weiteren Sitzplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung.
