We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Richtung Dreieck Mainz/ Abfahrt auf die A643, Ausfahrt Mainz-Mombach/ Innenstadt - Richtung Innenstadt (Achtung: zweimal Spurwechsel), nach ca. 5,5 km rechts Richtung Parkplatz "Schloß" oder zu dem Parkhaus "Rheinufer". Noch ca. 700 m weiter geradeaus, dann Wendemöglichkeit Richtung A643 Koblenz/ Bingen.

Über die "Diether von Isenburg Straße" sind die Räumlichkeiten des Kurfürstlichen Schlosses barrierefrei erreichbar. Bis auf den Mozartsaal und die Empore des Großen Saales sind alle Räume via Aufzug zugänglich.
