If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Der Deutsche Bank Park ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem erreichbar.

Folgen Sie der A3, A5 bzw. B43/44 Richtung Frankfurt am Main/Flughafen und anschließend den Hinweisschildern zu den Parkplätzen. Die Parkflächen in unmittelbarer Stadionnähe (Waldparkplatz, Isenburger Schneise, Gleisdreieck) sind begrenzt und erfahrungsgemäß bereits 2,5 bis 3 Stunden vor Veranstaltungsbeginn ausgelastet.

ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN

Die offiziellen Rollstuhlfahrerplätze befinden sich auf der Jürgen-Grabowski-Tribüne (Gegentribüne) in den Blöcken 20 bis 36 (C- und D-Blöcke). Abhängig von produktionstechnischen Vorgaben stehen bis zu 187 Rollstuhlfahrerplätze mit den zugehörigen Sitzplätzen für Begleitpersonen zur Verfügung. Die Sitzplätze für Begleitpersonen befinden sich hinter den Stellplätzen für Rollstuhlfahrer und können dank eines Schienensystems variabel nach vorne gezogen werden.

Die Anzahl der Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer variiert je nach Veranstaltung.

Mit Ausnahme der ausgewiesenen Rollstuhlfahrerplätze auf der Gegentribüne sind sämtliche Plätze im Unter- sowie Oberrang nicht barrierefrei. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, um in den Oberrang zu gelangen.

TICKETS
Tickets für barrierefreie Plätze werden in der Regel direkt über die vom Veranstalter beauftragten Servicestellen verkauft. Für Fragen, Buchungen und Informationen zu Rollstuhlfahrer- und Begleitplätzen wenden Sie sich bitte an die Eventim-Servicehotline unter 0421 353 638.

ANREISE MIT PKW & PARKEN
In der Regel erhalten Käuferinnen und Käufer von Rollstuhlfahrer-Tickets bzw. Karten für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen automatisch eine entsprechende Parkberechtigung für die Tiefgarage unterhalb des Deutsche Bank Park. Diese Parkscheine werden meist durch den Veranstalter oder den beauftragten Ticketdienstleister verschickt.

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Parkscheine für die Tiefgarage zu kaufen oder anderweitig zu reservieren. Ohne gültige Parkberechtigung ist eine Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage nicht möglich. Der blaue EU-Schwerbehindertenparkausweis berechtigt nicht zur Nutzung der Tiefgarage.

Im öffentlichen Straßenraum und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deutsche Bank Park stehen darüber hinaus 34 Parkplätze für mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste und Inhaberinnen und Inhaber des (blauen) EU-Schwerbehinderten-Parkausweises zur Verfügung.
Diese Parkplätze befinden sich an der Flughafenstraße sowie vor der Wintersporthalle – bereits bei der Zufahrt müssen Sie den entsprechenden Behinderten-Parkausweis vorzeigen. Für diese öffentlichen Schwerbehinderten-Parkplätze können keine Parkberechtigungen erworben werden.

ANREISE MIT ÖPNV
Die Haltestellen rund um den Deutsche Bank Park sind barrierefrei erreichbar. Alle Gleise verfügen über Aufzüge. Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Stadion beträgt etwa 500 Meter. Die Eingänge E1 bis E5 sind in der Regel barrierefrei zugänglich.

SANITÄRE EINRICHTUNGEN
Rollstuhlgerechte, barrierefreie Toiletten befinden sich in den Blöcken 36C, 32D, 24D und 20D. Die Nutzung erfolgt mit dem Euroschlüssel.

VERPFLEGUNG
Sechs Kioske auf dem unteren Umlauf, direkt hinter den Rollstuhlfahrerplätzen, sorgen für eine bequeme Versorgung mit Speisen und Getränken.
