If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Von der BAB 215/210 kommend: Fahren Sie die BAB bis zum Ende geradeaus über die Kreuzung hinweg ("Schützenwall") Richtung Zentrum. Fahren Sie an der großen Kreuzung nach der Tankstelle geradeaus und biegen Sie an der nächsten Kreuzung rechts ab ("Exerzierplatz"). Biegen Sie bei der nächsten Gelegenheit rechts ab ("Rathausstraße"). Überqueren Sie die nächsten beiden kleineren Kreuzungen und biegen Sie am Ende der Straße rechts ab in die Straße "Rathausplatz". Hier befindet sich das Opernhaus (Rathausplatz 4, 24103 Kiel).
Nach 18 Uhr parken Sie entgeltfrei im Innenhof des Rathauses und auf dem Mitarbeiterparkplatz des Opernhauses. Von Montag bis Samstag (nicht Sonntag) kann das Auto eine Stunde vor Beginn der Vorstellung im Parkhaus Sparkassenarena abgestellt werden und dort bis 2 Uhr nachts zum Pauschalpreis von nur 1€ geparkt werden. Vor der Ausfahrt erhalten Theaterbesucher gegen Vorlage der Eintrittskarte beim Parkwächter ein Ausfahrticket.
Über den Fahrstuhl gelangen Sie ins Opernhaus. Im Opernhaus führt ein Aufzug bis zum 1. Rang. Der Zugang befindet sich auf der Rathausplatzseite des Opernhauses und ist mit dem Euroschlüssel zu öffnen. Behinderte mit der Kennzeichnung "B" im Schwerbehindertenausweis haben Anspruch auf eine kostenlose Theaterkarte für eine Begleitperson.
Im Opernhaus gibt es Infrarotanlagen für Schwerhörige. Die Infrarotkopfhörer können an allen Garderoben gegen eine Leihgebühr von 1,50€ sowie ein Pfand von 10€ für die Vorstellung entliehen werden.
