If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

- S-Bahn Richtung Heidelberg bis Haltestelle "SAP-Arena/S-Bf", - umsteigen in Straßenbahnlinie 6 Richtung Rheingönheim bis Haltestelle "Luisenpark/Technoseum". - Linie 1, Richtung Rheinau, eine Station bis Haltestelle "Tattersall", - umteigen in Linie 6 (Achtung: nicht die Linie 6A) oder - Linie 9 Richtung Neuostheim bis Haltestelle "Luisenpark/Technoseum". - Linie 5, Richtung Edingen/Heidelberg bis Haltestelle "Fernmeldeturm"
Von Osten (Weinheim/Viernheim/Odenwald), Norden (Darmstadt/Frankfurt), und Süden (Heidelberg/Karlsruhe) kommend über die A656 nach Mannheim ohne die Umwelt-Plakette der Stadt Mannheim befahrbar. Nach der Ausfahrt "Mannheim Mitte" gelangt man über die Wilhelm-Varnholt-Allee direkt zu den kostenlosen Parkplätzen des Luisenparks am Friedensplatz.
Von Westen (Pfalz) kommend ist zudem die Zufahrt über den Fahrlachtunnel möglich.
Kostenloses Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe des Luisenparks auf den Großparkplätzen:
Friedensplatz, Theodor-Heuss-Anlage - Zugang Haupteingang
Fernmeldeturm, Hans-Reschke-Ufer - Zugang Kasse Fernmeldeturm
Die Seebühne verfügt über bis zu 20 Rollstuhlplätze. Zugänge in den Luisenpark für Rollstuhlfahrer befinden sich an den Eingängen Fernmeldeturm, Haupteingang und Eingang an der Verwaltung, Gartenschauweg 12, 68165 Mannheim.
Hier befinden sich außerdem weitere Behindertenparkplätze sowie ein Rollstuhlverleih.
An der Seebühne gelangen Rollstuhlfahrer über die Zufahrt zum Backstagebereich zu ihren Plätzen. Der Einlass über den Seiteneingang erfolgt frühestens eine Stunde vor Beginn der Vorstellung.
Rollstuhlgerechtes WC ist ebenfalls direkt an der Location vorhanden.
