If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Im Großen Haus stehen zwei Rollstuhlplätze im Parkett mit Begleitsitz und im Neuen Haus je nach Bestuhlung ein bis zwei Rollstuhlplätze mit Begleitsitz zur Verfügung. Zugang erhalten Sie im Großen Haus über einen Treppenlift und im Neuen Haus über einen Aufzug. Personen, die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen sind, zahlen einen Einheitspreis von 6 Euro und je eine Begleitperson 10 Euro. Bitte reservieren Sie Ihre Karten bis zehn Tage vor der Vorstellung. Rollstuhlgerechte Plätze können nicht über den Online-Ticketshop erworben werden. Behindertengerechte WCs sind im Großen und Neuen Haus vorhanden.
