If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Ausreichende Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe der Eskara vorhanden. Die großen Besucherparkplätze haben Platz für knapp 600 Fahrzeuge.
Die Eskara ist bemüht, auch Besuchern mit Handicap den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Für Besucher mit Handicap, welche mit dem PKW anreisen, stehen behindertengerechte Parkplätze unmittelbar vor dem Eingang in die Eskara zur Verfügung. Der Aufgang ist bequem über eine Rampe erreichbar. Von hier aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zum Foyer. Die Eingangstür ist 180 cm breit. An der Rampe gibt es keinen Handlauf.
Die Garderobe ist auch für Rollstuhlfahrer über einen Lift zugänglich. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein behindertengerechtes WC. Dieses ist als solches gekennzeichnet. Die Tür zum WC ist 120 cm breit. Sie ist von außen entriegelbar. Eine Notklingel ist vorhanden. Ein Stützgriff neben dem WC ist vorhanden. Er kann links und rechts geklappt werden.
Rollstuhlplätze in der Arena sind in der Regel beim Ticketkauf separat ausgewiesen. Wenn Sie gerne den Überblick behalten, empfehlen wir Ihnen Plätze im Seitenbereich über der Sporttribüne. Diese sind ebenfalls bequem mit einem Aufzug erreichbar.
